REGISTRATION

Be sure church commissioners are selected and certified - this is a required step in the process - see section below on Commissioner Selection and Certification.

Commissioner Selection and Certification

Beginning at your March Session meeting, elect Ruling Elders and indicate those Teaching Elders that will represent your church at the General Assembly. Send those names, with the Clerk of Session's signature, to the to the Office of the General Assembly using the Commissioner Certification Form below (Fax: 734-742-2033 or email to ). This completed form is required for ensuring your Commissioners are given voting status.

Assembly Schedules

Assembly Workshop - Seating Notice:

Seating capacity is full in the Chapel Building for Wednesday's Assembly Workshop Morning and Afternoon Sessions. Those persons who registered for a Workshop session will receive a Chapel Building seating pass in the registration packet. For others, there will be overflow seating in the Commons area in the church building for which no seating pass is needed.

Seminary Breakfasts

RTS Alumni & Friends Breakfast

Join RTS for their RTS Alumni & Friends Breakfast on Friday, June 21, at 7:00 AM. The breakfast will be held in the Park Ridge Ballroom AB at the Marriott Denver South, 10345 Park Meadows Drive, Littleton, CO. RSVP not required, just show up.

Gordon-Conwell Alumni Breakfast

Gordon-Conwell is hosting an alumni and friends breakfast at Cherry Hills Community Church on Friday, June 21. Alumni attending the breakfast need to purchase a breakfast ticket through the EPC GA registration. If attending this gathering, in addition to purchasing a breakfast ticket, Gordon-Conwell requests that you let them know online at: https://my.gordonconwell.edu/EPC2013.

Delta Air Lines is pleased to offer airfares for Assembly travel. Refer to your Ticket Designator (NMG7M) to purchase your tickets and your negotiated discount may be applied.

Reservations and ticketing is available via www.delta.com or by calling the Delta Meeting Network Reservations at 800-328-1111. Please note that a Direct Ticketing Charge will apply for booking by phone. When booking online, select Meeting Event Code and enter your Meeting ID in the box provided on the Search Flight page.

Denver International Airport is 45-60 minutes from Cherry Hills Community Church

Complementary church shuttle service during Assembly hours will be provided between the Assembly hotels and Cherry Hills Community Church.
