- Women's Ministries, which is open to any woman who is an active member in good standing of any EPC church;
- Student and Young Adult Ministries, which may have up to two non-ordained youth ministers to serve in positions
ordinarily reserved for Ruling Elders. To be eligible, these youth ministers must be active members of EPC churches; - Christian Education and Publications, which may have up to two non-ordained members who are particularly qualified
in Christian Education, as well as being active members of EPC churches.
Committees meet at the General Assembly Office in Livonia, Michigan. Arrangements are coordinated through the General Assembly Office for such matters as transportation, lodging, and meals. Costs for travel for committee members are borne by the Assembly. Housing is provided by local families at no charge to the members. However, if a motel is preferred, the cost of such is the responsibility of the committee member.
Ministers and Ruling Elders to be nominated must be endorsed by their Sessions. Such endorsement reflects official action of that body, and is attested by the clerk. The endorsement forms provided should be filled in and returned to the General Assembly Office by May 1. (Forms for endorsed persons are kept in the committee's active file for three years.)
