Any medical coverage or claim questions should be directed to Blue Card, EPC's third party administrator (TPA) at 1-866-472-0928.  Additionally, many inquiries may be made and answered online at Highmark's web site.  The Board of Benefits oversees the EPC Insurance and Benefits programs. They are volunteer members who serve Christ’s church in this capacity. Members are elected by the General Assembly and serve three-year terms in classes of two each. Changes to plan benefits are proposed by the Board and approved by the Committee on Administration.
