Thirty Years of Grace … Cherry Hills Celebrates

Cherry Hills Community Church celebrated its 30th Anniversary on Sunday, March 4th, at all three morning worship services and at a reunion concert in the evCHCC 30th Anniversary Celebration Choirening.  

Stated Clerk Jeff Jeremiah represented the EPC at the celebration.  Jeff said, “The whole day was full of praise and thanks for God and for what He’s done at Cherry Hills across the last three decades.”  He continued, “Jim’s message in the morning and the music throughout the day was memorable.”

Musicians from each decade in the life of Cherry Hills came together to worship and help celebrate "Thirty Years of Grace” at the reunion concert.

A video history of the church was presented (it can be viewed at http://www.chcc.org/sundays_30years_grace.aspx).  In addition, a surprise presentation and gift were given to Founding Pastor Dr. Jim Dixon and his administrative assistant Judy Fields.  Jim and Judy have served at Cherry Hills since its inception.

Cherry Hills will host the 33rd General Assembly in June 2013.
